Granito seems to be the matching the saying. with 864sqft that comes with 3 bed 2 bath, for public unit after 5 years from the date buyer sign SPA, they will be able to rent to TARUC students. With walking distance, full facilities, and Seaview; it’s no brainer to become first choice for TARUC students to rent.

Of course at the price of 428k, taking 35 years of loan buyer should be able to breakeven with Rental price between RM1,800 to RM2,000. But we all know Penang rental yield is not high compare to KL.
