Among 3 backbone, jalan bukit gambir has the least traffic congestion regardless of peak or non-peak hour. With new developer planning to mantain the price psf as 2014, IT IS INDEED A GOOD DEAL that you cannot afford to miss if you want to own a property thats away from the hustle bustle, and at the same time surrounded with greenery but at a strategic location. You can expect there’ll be state of the art designer furnishing option readily available for buyer in Penang.
